Me, my bike and I

Took the ol' bike for a ride around the nearby nature reserve. Didn't even know this place existed but oh, what a gem! All kinds of birdies and cows with long fringes cowering their eyes, neat indeed.

Also, must say I like the "enlarging photos - option"!

London - weekend

I spent my past weekend in lovely London with some of my lovliest friends. A great part of the time rain was pouring down but that didn't stop me from missing my old home ever so much... Well, as the Swedes say: a little (a few days that is) is better than nothing. Actually visited Blackheath and Greenwhich for the first time, beautiful indeed. And though the rain can be a pain it kind of did create a pretty "light" in some of the photos.

My darling - Dani, ever so stylish!

Military pose in bright, bright light...

Eh, two of them were already missing when we bought them...

Happy clouds come back...

This is how it looked like outside my window a few weeks ago, well it still pretty much looks the same now but the difference is the clouds. These clouds are happy, nice clouds that wants to give you some shade in the heat. The ones I have outside my window now are angry, sad clouds just waiting for a chance to drench you in their tears and to prevent the sunlight to reach us even just for a minute. Am I just getting a tiny bit bitter and depressed about winter...?

Sun still going strong

Ok, so one of my legs look bigger than the other one in this photo (hopefully not in real life...) but what I wanted to mention is the fact that the weather still allows me to go dressed like this. Not that I don't love my collection of tights, as a matter of fact I just bought some new lovlies and will most definitely be buying more, but what I'm saying is that you can never have too much sun! Actually left Madrid to spend my weekend on one of the islands but can't really complain about lack of sunshine here either.

To be completely fair I did feel the need of a jacket in the evenings but we were up in the mountains, sort of...
