Summer companion

I has a backpack! Or do they call them gym bags? Anyway, this fellow has been a loyal companion of mine during this summer. I still haven't fully accepted back-packs as something I'd effortlessly just carry around instead of a handbag. In yo face fashion industry! You don't control me! Hahah, what a drama queen, ey? (I must admit, I have seen some which I like though eh...). However, a gym bag isn't fully a backpack, in my opinion of course hehe. And they bring back fab memories of when you were a kid and actually had your PE clothes in it at school. Mine was red with Micke Mouse and his gang on it, lurve! Found it not so long ago. It was well battered and tiny - aw! I do have some sweet memories of proper backpacks too though, hmm. To be continued...

Summer breezy

These pics are kind of shitty but oh well, night time = no good light. Since summer's definitely over for my part right now (my heart fills with sadness...) I thought I'd post a summer ensemble to remind myself that there once was sunlight and friendly temperatures. Yes, I'm being dramatic but that's what winter does to me! Should one have to shield oneself from rain that's attacking you horizontally? No! Should the sun forget about us and hide behind its cottonshaped friends? No! Bohoo! Now to my trousers, love the print and the colours. Really loving this shape right now but will probably need to invest in a pair that's more winter-y.

Realised that I haven't mentioned Jamie! Well, during my lovely weekend sometime ago I also had the pleasure to see Jamie Woon live, woop! It was a special weekend indeed... The fangirls were hilarious though. I was determined to be in the front which naturally means screaming girls, at least some. The one behind kept screaming "Jamie I love u!" at the most awkward moments, lol. Jamie seemed kind of shy even on stage, which made it all even more charming, oh, and the voice - *sigh*. Can't wait to see him live again.

Purple joy

I just had theee most amazing weekend! It was so magical it still feels unreal. I wish THAT feeling never had to end. I'm trying to restrict myself from talking about it all the time since people around me don't seem to appreciate my repetitiveness... He was so beautiful. I'll probably be walking on purple clouds for a while now (while planning for my next time)...

Weekend in Stockholm

My best friend got married during the weekend so I went to Stockholm for a few days. The wedding was loads of fun and my friend looked stunning! Unfortunately my dear b-friend accidentally erased all the pictures on my camera half-way through celebrations... I tried taking more pictures but don't really have any good ones. Will have to hunt down photos from my friends instead.

While the wedding was lovely the weather was less enjoyable. It's supposed to be warm in August even if you're in Sweden! My first time wearing tights in months. So now I've got a lovely cold... Well, I probably shouldn't complain since I did have a great weekend.

Spanish glory

What a well deserved victory! This world cup I've been supporting Spain as if I was Spanish myself. Not too unnatural considering my own country even failed to qualify, at least I'm in the right country... Bring back the Swedish glory of 1994! Anyway Spain plays beautiful football, simple as that.

Madrid Madrid

Ok, so I've moved to Madrid and I must say that my first week here has been lovely. Been strolling around and trying to remember everything I need to know. Just wish that my sweets could stay here with me and not go back...

The weather finally gave me the chance to use my dress I bought in May. I like!

Saturday stroll

On Saturday I had a stroll around the alleways, nicer than walking around on the crowded streets. One might also discover more interesting thing like this "personalised" terracotta coloured wall. Ok, might not be art but it adds a bit of character don't ya think?

I was wearing an old dress from my boyfriend's parent's shop, old sandals from a Spanish shop which I don't remember the name of... Oh, yeah and my favourite sunnies which I found lying around on dad's desk, also old... I keep repeating the word old quite a bit, it might be time for someone to invest in some new clothes...
